Going live in double quick time

Hep New South Wales is a health charity working closely with local and central government in Australia to help people affected by hepatitis in NSW. 

We support them on a wide range of projects, but one of our favourites was an urgent campaign to increase attendance at local treatment centres. 

One big challenge was the highly discrete target audience, many of whom were disadvantaged and not especially tech-savvy, so we needed to maximise accessibility. 

Focusing on the campaign website, we simplified the site structure and design of information – all within a pretty punchy 12 day timeframe. 

This ensured the right people could access every available channel, from live chat to phone lines, to get the support they needed.
