Sydney Jewish Museum

Serious change and serious revenue gains

For over a quarter of a century, the Sydney Jewish Museum has given a voice to victims of the Holocaust. And while museum websites used to be little more than an invitation to visit, those days are long gone.

From collecting donations, to selling tickets, gifts and memberships, the Museum knew that their site was overdue for fundamental change.

Fly’s first step was an audit to identify exactly where performance was lagging. From there, we found quick wins and made broader changes to integrate different systems and tools.

The bottom line? A 516% increase in revenues.
